Brown Design Group presents Patricia Maher, artist

Brown Design Group is delighted to present Patricia Maher, acrylic artist for Second Saturdays on May 10^th. Brown Design Group is located in downtown Grove at 21 W Third St., 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Pat Maher is a recent transplant into the Grand Lake Area, having previously lived in Virginia Beach, Virginia, Puerto Vallarta and San Miguel Allende, Mexico, and Omaha, Nebraska.

Patricia studied drawing and painting at Old Dominion University in Virginia. She lived in Mexico for ten years, studying at the internationally known art school, Instituto Allende. Galleria Uno represented Patricia while living in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. She designed scenery in Mexico City for the annual production of the Anglo-Mexican Society Christmas Play.

Patricia has designed and painted many murals in many restaurants. She is an accomplished mural and stained glass artist. Patricia’s travels are reflected in her work as many have a Spanish flair to them.  Her work also has an animated feel with vibrant and lively colors.
