very unique and fun-filled musical Festival, this year June 10, 11 and 12. This festival celebrates our American
musical heritage with three stages of stellar entertainers and bands, as well
as National Fiddle and Clogging competitions and workshops. The Grand Lake National Fiddle Contest is nationally
certified by NOTFC, Weiser, Idaho and the Grand Lake National Clogging Contest

Hoe-down Council. Top prize for each contest is $1000. Cloggers and fiddlers
from across the United States are getting their contest tunes and dances ready
for this exciting weekend of contests and entertainment.
The public is invited
to the Kick-off Party and Cook-Out at Snider’s Campground just south of Grove
on Grand Lake O' the Cherokees on Thursday evening, June 10, and again on
Friday, June 11, for another evening of delicious food and great
entertainment. Admission to the
campground entertainment is free, food is $8 plate. Great entertainment is being planned for the entire weekend with
daytime events and the big June 12, Saturday night, concert to be held in the
Grove Civic Center, and evening activities on Thursday and Friday nights at
Snider’s Camp. Jana Jae and her family and friends will perform throughout the
weekend in addition to other talented entertainers.
Friday, June 11, the
fiddle contestants will begin competing with top-notch musicians all vying for
monetary prizes. Cloggers will join the activities with workshops on Friday,
and competitions beginning Saturday at 9 a.m. with dancers competing in many
categories from Line Dance to Flatfoot Competition. Clogging contest
